Our Story

Supplying soils for the Central Artery Big Dig Project introduced us to the need for an Engineered Soils blender in this area. Identifying and securing coarse sand, base loam, and top-quality composts paved the way for us to be the leading supplier of engineered soils throughout the region

Terry Driscoll

Terry Driscoll brings over 40 years of experience in the soils industry. He began his career in aggregate sales in the 1980s and quickly rose through the ranks to become President of a major sand and gravel operation south of Boston.

Terry later expanded into engineered soils, building a business that became the leading supplier of athletic field rootzones, ball field clays, roof garden soils, stabilized soils, USGA-spec soils, and bioretention soils throughout New England. His clients have ranged from local municipalities to iconic venues like Fenway Park—always benefiting from not only top-quality engineered soils but also exceptional project outcomes.

Over the past five years, Terry has focused on managing impacted soils from construction projects across Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Now, he’s returning to his roots, blending engineered soils in Bridgewater, MA. Having witnessed the rising demand for sustainable soil solutions, Terry and his team are well-prepared to meet the needs of a growing industry.
